Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StrikeIQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

StrikeIQ is an options premium harvesting intelligence platform that provides trade recommendations, position tracking, technical analysis, and portfolio management tools. StrikeIQ is a software tool — it does not execute trades or manage funds.

3. Not Financial Advice — Use at Your Own Risk

StrikeIQ does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information, recommendations, analysis, trade ideas, constraint checks, IV rankings, CLCS regime data, technical indicators, and any other content provided by StrikeIQ are for informational and educational purposes only.

You use all information and recommendations provided by StrikeIQ entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, order execution, portfolio construction, and the consequences thereof. Options trading involves significant risk of loss and may result in the loss of your entire invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Consult a qualified and licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Trade recommendations generated by StrikeIQ are produced by algorithmic rules engines based on predefined criteria. They are not personalised to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives, and may produce outcomes that result in financial losses.

4. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

  • Trading options, equities, and other financial instruments is speculative and carries a high degree of risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial investment.
  • Any action you take based on information, recommendations, alerts, signals, analytics, or any other content supplied by StrikeIQ is taken at your sole risk and discretion.
  • StrikeIQ, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall have no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, missed profits, tax consequences, margin calls, assignments, or other financial outcomes arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
  • You assume full responsibility for verifying any information independently — including prices, Greeks, IV, earnings dates, dividend schedules, and corporate actions — with your broker or an authoritative source before placing a trade.
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether any trade or strategy is appropriate for your financial circumstances, and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and brokerage rules in your jurisdiction.

5. Incorporation of Disclaimer

Our Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and StrikeIQ. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Disclaimer. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Disclaimer on matters of risk, liability, or the nature of information provided, the provision more protective of StrikeIQ shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to StrikeIQ at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, but you retain the right to export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of StrikeIQ, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days.
